The Challenge
The architect wanted a custom anodised finish in champagne bronze — a shade not available off-shelf. The dual-block geometry also required bespoke corner extrusions to maintain flush visual continuity at all junctions.
Our Solution
We developed a custom die for the corner transition profiles and worked closely with our anodising partners to produce the exact champagne bronze specification. The ventilated cavity system uses a 50 mm air gap with mineral wool insulation to achieve thermal requirements.
The Outcome
The park was fully occupied within 6 months of handover. The facade has been shortlisted for a regional architecture award for commercial exteriors.
